    Fujian Jinxin Group Co., Ltd. was founded in 1992, originally named as Quanzhou Jinxin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. In the past almost 20 years, the board presided over by Chinese Canadian Mr. Zhuang Shaoqin has lead the Group against trials and tribulations with determined efforts to build it into a multinational business group with national second-class urban synthetic development capacity.
     Jinxin Group is an intensive, diversified and cross-regional business group comprising fifteen tightly-knit wholly-owned companies including Canada Jinxin International Investment Co., Ltd., Jinxin International Development (the Philippines) Co., Ltd., Jinxin Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd., Fujian Jinxin Group Co., Ltd., etc. as well as ten-odd holding or joint stock ones such as Jiahua Construction and Development (Chongqing) Co., Ltd. and Guangxi Shengshi Jiye Co., Ltd., with a current gross assets of RMB1.5 billion.
